I attemtped to do an upgrade via the Vodacom Upgrade Dept telephonically (0821959) in October. I had our fridge/freezer repaired and got a 6 month guarantee with it. 2 months later the same problem arose. We have contacted Charles and Matthew about 10 times a day for 5 days now.
