My building insurance is with Santam, Amanzimtoti had severe storms and i had damage. I bought my house and Santam insured it, as a buayer i cannot see underneath tiles that is already laid. After the storm my tiles lifted and Santam do not want to pay for damages due the fact that a builder said insufficient adhesive. Had a bad experience with Build It - Pinehaven. Bought 2 Yale remotes from them, had them set in and when we got home neither of them worked. What a struggle to exchange them and get my money back.
