Nedbank Complaints - 2nd time lack of communication

I have been Medically Boarded, my cheque account with an overdraft facillity has been dormant since then. Nedbank has closed the account without asking me (3 months dormant) an has handed me over to their laywers. They also has deducted almost 80% of the overdraft from my pension, also without asking or informing me. This is the second time Nedbank chose to do so, the first time I lodged a formal complaint with their Complaints center. Seems I wasted my time...
