MTN Complaints - 500

I took my laptop to the king Williamstown shop because it was not switching on, they also tried it but failed , they advised that they will send it for repairs and indicated that if its broken because of human error I will be liable to pay. after a month in their possession they reported that it has a broken screen, when I asked them to show the photos of it, it really had a big crack. this PC was packaged in front of me at the store with no crack , but their workshop said it came to them not packed, the store assistant was also shocked about the news, now they say I must pay for the damages I didn't do, mtn also stopped my services because I also stopped paying them
