my statement for April (cheque Account) indicated a cash withdrawal fee of R72.00. On querying this with the bank I was told that I had made more than four withdrawal for the Month. (only allowed four free withdrawals. I had made withdrawal as follows, 15/04, 22/04, 24/04 and 26/04. Every time one wishes to make an investment you have to phone several times and send documents repeatedly costing you unnecessary expense in calls, wasted tome etc before you can even make the deposit to them.
