We got ou salary late thursday. Friday morning 24th of february we went toe pay our accounts at absa end withdraw money. Everything was fine untill we went to the shop and paid with our card just to find out R6000 just dissapeared from our account. We quickly went back to absa to find out what was wrong but after about 2 hours of waiting they did not know what happend and then filed a complaint and said we must wait till she can show it to here manager. I specific asked them to put the debit order through on 26th of each month as my money only comes in on 25. Now today on the 24th they already put the debit order through!!! Why??? After so many times i have asked them please my money is only be in bank during the course of the 25th. What is going to happen if there is no money in my bank. On the 15th of January 2017 I lodged a claim with finrite insurance. Sent all the necessary documentation as per their request, received a sms that the claim was successful claim no GMCM32304. I'VE SEND REQUEST LETTER TO CHANGE DEBIT ORDER BANK DETAILS ON 23 JAN17 AND ASK DEBIT ORDER DATE TO BE 01MARCH17. I RECEIVED CONFIRMATION THAT MY REQUEST HAVE BEEN ACTIONED. YESTERDAY RECEIVE NOTIFICATION THAT DEBIT ORDER WENT OFF AND RESULTED TO UNPAID DEBIT ORDER. I CALLED THIS MORNING THEY APOLOGIES AND TOLD ME THAT THE WILL DO AMMENDMENTS AND REVERSE CHARGES. I Went to Mall of Africa STD Bank to renew my card 03 Feb 2017, they gave me a new card however my profile was amended . They could not fix the problem and I spend almost 45 minutes there and the Lady said I must also submit my FICA documents . I'm very disappointed with the service I got from Capitec Bank, trying to get a statement with a letter from the court. I was taken from Pillar to post. spoke to the lady Mbali who didn't seem to know what she was doing really can a statement of the late take 5 days, we not asking for money, spoke to the branch manager who was not even willing to assist. I will NEVER bank with Capitec or even advice someone to do banking with them, a lousy statement taking 5 days

Good day We are dealing with Absa as hour house and insurance are with them. I contacted absa on the 21/09/2016 the lady gave me the claim number 3132050, So they send contracters to seal the leak and replace the ceilings. Two weeks after the job was done we hade rain and its worce, i phoned Absa again and they said they wil send the contracter back, never came. Nedbank pays only simple interest on money invested with them. They don't know about compound interest and do not advise clients when they invest resulting in huge losses of interest !! Never invest money with Nedbank.

Tried to open a Nedbank savings account today 17/02/2017. Woodlands branch, Pretoria East. Gave me a piece of paper. Was only one waiting for this specific service.
