Hi, I am complaining about my financial institute which is Nedbank, there is an unauthorized debit going through and my bank is charging me, now my account sitting on -R915.00 only with the bank chargers from Zero balance to - R 915.00. please help me so that the bank can reverse all the chargers to Zero balance.

I was involved in a car accident a month ago, I have been making follow ups calls with Budget insurance and Renew-it. My budget insurance policy include cover for car hire for up to 30 days. Budget insurance is using Renew-it as their preferred service provider (not my decision) I called Renew-it (Green Stone) several times, they still do not have the car parts. One of my Nedbank accounts has been "frozen" - I assume because I had not deposited into it for a while although it is in credit.
