One of my Nedbank accounts has been "frozen" - I assume because I had not deposited into it for a while although it is in credit. I have contacted the customer care line, the branch and the international number numerous times. I am constantly sent from department to department and - every time - eventually cut off. I have been promised that "someone" will come back to me and they never have. I no longer know what to do as I am not getting service.

Went into FNB bank to lodge a fraud case on the 26th. Nothing has been done, after follow up today they had to start the process all over, wasting 4 working days. They told me that while lodging the fraud case forms in the bank, I should have also phoned while I was in the bank. I think it is rediculous.
