I have been trying to close my Absa credit card account since 30/4/2019, on a weekly basis both online and via email, as I'm retiring at the end of July 2019. Affinity insurance gave me a courtesy car as part of the package I pay for. This is to help me while the car is being repaired. But they sent the authorization to wrong repairers. After I followed up I picked up that my car was not being fixed because the panel beaters have not received an authorization from affinity.
