I am banking with pep plus, the worst service ever received. I was never told nor informed that the would be experiencing a glitch, I had to find out on my own when trying to withdraw my salary, money I worked hard for. And their call centre agents service is appalling, the give misinformation, I was informed IT WOULD BE SORTED by Tuesday, being today I would be able to withdraw. I am a customer of Capitec Bank. I am able to type this complaint and was able to contact the customer service centre which I would assume means that I have a few brain cells firing on all cylinders in the skull. i had to call back 3 times. just to change the cancellation date of the policy. first thing they do when they here you want to cxd is put you on hold. i was holding for 20 min. i had to call back and then the call was answered but there was no consultant on the other end of the line. i called back a third time and is already 12 minutes on the call but not assisted.

I signed and paid a contract for a trading platform and training on the 14/8/2017. Clause no.4 states that there is a cooling off period of 5 working days. On the 18/8/2017 I requested in writing that I would like my money back according to clause 4. Up to date they give me the most ridicules reasons for not paying me back.

My wife Sonia Elizabeth Bailey had a loan with RCC Loans department the loan has been paid last November 2016 as per the agreed amount they handed her over to MBD Attorney's for the recovery of the outstanding amount but they did not do their work correctly no paid up letter and no communication to the client that the account has been paid up we had to call around for the paid up letter and RCC is only putting interest on the outstanding monies but it was paid up now we sit with a dilemma...

I put in a claim for hospital stay for 2 days from 17 to 19 July 2017. The Unlimited is stalling and I am struggling to get payout on my claim. The are quick to take your premiums, but don;t expect any returns on your policy. A very dishonest company. Trying to get them on the phone or via e-mail proves fruitless.

I had a vehicle accident a year ago which was not my fault a speeding bmw hit us from behind.My daughters leg was broken and I had a displaced retina from bumping my head...they took forever to pay out and eventually when they did they kept back R5000 for towing ..now no where did they send me any reminders stickers or such that I could use in case of emergency They are Liars and if you take out an insurance with them you will regret it Just trawl the internet and see how BAD they really are!
