On the 10th of November 2016 we phoned ABSA HOUSE INSURANCE as our roof leaked heavily. It was so bad that the whole TV room's floor was under water. Claim No: 3160918. Hey, I've been paying cell c insurance for almost two years for 3 phones. They are only giving service for one. My son has been without a phone for almost a year and my daughter almost for 9 months . NEDBANK I sent funds via email to a certain number. The people have informed me that they are unable to withdraw the funds. I telephoned Nedbank Internet banking advised them accordingly and they have the audacity to say that they cannot do anything. I must wait for 7 working days, thereafter a further 48 hours for the funds to be reversed. Whose money is it? Mine or theirs?
