Consultant kept me on the line for over 30 minutes, logged my claim with a reference number only to be told that I was not covered for this specific claim. Good Morning, I tried several times to close my account without any success. I went to the bank on the 11/07/2017 and I was told that I have to close it at the main branch because there's money in my account and they can't close it because they don't have teller. Reported burst geyser and damage to ceilings on 23 June 2017. Geyser repaired same day. Damaged cupboards take away to be fixed on 7 July, still waiting for my new cupboards to be refitted.
