Just a quick thought, FNB's trading hours on their internet site state that they open at 8 in the morning. You arrive promptly at 8 just to stand infront of closed doors at the deposit/ withdrawl desk and here it states Tellers trading hours 09:00 to 15:30 how on earth can FNB make you wait an hour in front of closed doors a que of more than 15 people at the end of the month no less.
