A couple of years ago I have signed up with instastox/megastox. The service that I receive was putrid and last year I have tried to cancel the contract. This is where my nightmare actually started. i applied for a loan topup on the 5/09/2017, I was told 5working days for answer...well its been 5working days and when I call to get feedback I'm told there is back log and I must wait for a call. I applied online for a loan with loan locator, because I couldn't get a loan anywhere else. The loan was not approved, but they still went ahead and debited my account with 700. Fnb have removed all my recipients bar one from my online banking. I am aware that those not paid in three months will be removed, but they have removed even the ones I pay every month. Since when does a bank charge you for change. I went to the FNB branch at Randridge mall and wanted to change a R200.00 note to smaller denominations. I was asked for my cell phone no, ID no, bank or card acct number and name. When I enquired as to why they said they charge for change now. R10.00 per thousand or percentage thereof. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE PRACTICE FNB. I asked for my R200.00 note back and walked a few meters to Standard bank who did it with pleasure and NO CHARGE.

I took TOP UP Cover from ABSA iDirect since 2011, I had an accident on 20/07/17 with a 2015 Golf 7 GTI & the Insurance paid the Retail Value which is understandable but they deducted 5% for high mileage of 109 000km, the TOP UP cover is also refusing to settle the shortfall and are also using high mileage as their excuse.
