I called 173 customer care at 13:51 an agent by the name Nokubonga Gola answered i explained that i have a problem with my network and this is the 1st tym happening as it never happened before and that my sim card jus looses network or even when i dial a ussd it looses the network. Nokubonga who sounded rude and tired jus said "maybe"where you stay there is no enougj coverage i then said i have never experience any network problems where i stay . petrisha mzimande is the rudest consultant you have there didn't even bother to ask questions properly and screamed on the phone .has she even been educated properly to be in the job title she is given ? refused to even let me speak to a proper manager .I'm looking for a simple article for my court case .the post is known to deliver with the staff u have answering I would think other wise besides that she doesn't even have proper phone manners.

This is the worst consultants working for this company it very noisy and they put the phone down in your ear. Keep on phoning every month although I am paying> I have explained this to them but they don't listen just slam the phone down in your ear. I have rented out a flat with the agent since Nonvenmber 2016. There are defects in the house that were noted by the Agent on the day I moved in. To date they are still not fixed.
