SINCE AUG 2012 WE ARE TRYING INVAIN TO GET INFORMATION ON OUR FLEXI POLICY. NUMEROUS LETTERS AND PHONE CALLS LATER STILL NO RESPONCE. I have phoned vodacom customer care to retrieve my puk number. I spoke to the lady by the name of siphokazi booi. She was very rude from the first moment she picked up the phone.she asked me security question, that I answered. She then told me that she can't assist me as I have failed to answer security question. My son of 13 and I went to Absa Bank, Fochville, North West to open an account for him. Was told to bring birth certificate and proof of address. Went the second time with an account indicating Postal Address and a copy of birth certificate. Not acceptable due to physical address not on account. I received a bill for GPRS roaming while overseas in June. I phoned Cell C to sort this out because I never used my phone for internet while there (R826). It is nearly 5 months later now. Mr Mbongeni phoned me ones to tell me he will investigate and get back to me. They cant sort out any account problems and NO client service at all. Very quick to take your money every month but feel nothing for customers.

I am in the process of registering a company. I found Rapid Business Registrations on-line. The add said that a normal registration should take 3 days to maybe 4 weeks. This has been in June. It is now November and nothing yet. I paid them as requested. I have to mail and follow up every time, after I had promises they will keep me up to date.
