Pathetic service from CCD courier to deliver my FNB premier cheque card, Kurt Diederrick supervisor of CCD couriers who promised to sort out the matter since 11am 23rd February 2017 has not either contact me for delivery, it is now late hours without any communication, tried to call but still no resolution. FNB should stop using this company. My credit card was delivered by mrD couriers and I have never experience such a bad service that Kurt Diederrick supervisor of CCD couriers he's doing....

I paid this company to bubblewrap and transport my furniture to a warehouse. I asked them when I could expect the movers and they told me they will confirm on the day of moving when their offices start work. Worst service ever. I dropped off a parcel at Postnet Karaglen on Thursday. It was chronic medication for an 83 year old woman who travelled to Canada to visit family. I have been begging for a tracking number for 5 days only to find the parcel never left SA because of some minor technicality concerning the recipient name and they never bothered to contact me. The recipient is now in the ER as she has not received her life sustaining medicine. I will NEVER use Postnet or DHL again !!

These guys are the worst when dealing with customers. Their deliveries are always late and they try to make the clients pay for the delays that they cause. They are crooks and dealing with them will only end with you losing your hard earned cash. They are based in Durban and from what I got they are all Indian crooks. Takelot.com-they have a COD (cash on delivery) option but they dont deliver unless you do a eft! Isnt not being able to pay by credit card or Eft the whole point of wanting to pay by COD? I have ordered with Takealot quite a number of times and it has been reliable. This time, i needed a guaranteed weekend delivery urgently and till now they have not delivered. I did call them a number of times and everytime they had a new story and they would escalate the delivery. Its Tuesday now and I have not received my order. Even if there is a failed delivery attempt, from their part they dont tell you why this is so and how they can rectify the situation.
