Regularly don't deliver parcels on the service which is paid for. Impossible to get hold of to follow up, then refer you depots that either don't answer or don't care. They expect you to chase up and find your own parcel once it has been collected. So what are we paying for? Customer communication is non-existent.

4 boxes sent via Postnet Margte to Postnet Waterfall in Rustenburg, 2 boxes went missing no one could tell us where they were. 3 of the boxes were very badly damage and 3 out of the 4 items were broken. No compensation from Postnet, no responsibility taken, very very poor service not to mention the very very disappointing manner in which this matter was dealt with.

I paid Bike freight to transport my bike from Boksburg to Cape Town. Peter Baker the owner of the company transported my bike. I paid for a wrap and a wash. first of all this was not done, secondly the bike was damaged. Peter claim he picked the bike up that way, which is not true and I have two eye witnesses that can state the bike was in 100% condition. They are soooooo unreliable and their service is way too bad. They have delivery options, starting from R50 to R110. R50 option the parcel is suppose to be delivered in 7-9days. R100 5-7days then R110 in 3-5days. You pay R50 for a parcel to be delivered in 7-9days but it gets delivered in 2 days.
