My card was faulty and I had to visit the store in Green acres Porte Elizabeth South Africa to obtain a new card.The store personnel phoned Total Sport Head Office who did an hour security check on my profile because I had a new ID and have moved from Pretoria to Port Elizabeth in 2016.They never asked the right questions about the changes which I would have given to them. I open a credit card with African bank few years ago, I lost my job couldn't not pay it.. 2014 I got a job reinstated the debit order tI pay it off. Which I did even call their call centrr numerous time to confirm that it is on a Zero balance and they have closed the credit card. On the 24th August I settled my credit card with FNB. On the conversation with the call center agent I confirmed whether they will deduct the premium which was due on the 24th he said no we will close this account immediately and send you a letter in 7 working days. To my surprise the following day the premium went off.. I called FNB and no one could really help me, different agents telling me different things as if they don't work for the same department. I went to the ABSA branch in June to settle my credit card account.I was told theamount I needed to pay to settle the account. I have already contacted [email protected] I received a letter from VM indicating that my new card is ready for reissue. The letter states "the card will be delivered free of charge". Good day I paid my Standard Bank Credit card on 6 March 2017 and I received only a paid up letter on 22 June 2017. I am still on Experian ITC showing that I'm 150 days overdue with an amount of R2984. It is 5 months ago that the account was paid up and closed. This is very bad service

Have to say your planning and service is questionable!!!! Can’t believe a bank would use this kind of service. Your office has called me twice and they have NO clue where Kempton Park is. I can’t even understand the person asking where to go . Person can’t spell has no idea. I have had 8 sms to say they delivering between 8 & 10 I get called at 14h00 and still NO delivery. 0278000574753732 I have send several paid up letter to MBD without joy, on Thursday 10 August 2017 they requested i should send the proof of payment, how csn you have the paid up letter from Mac Robert if they did not verify receiving the payment. Mac Robert was collecting the Standard bank debt. The staff of MBD are not helpfull at all, you use your work time and phone to resolve debt paid off over a year ago.
