We refunded a customer on 28/03/2018 and to date the customer has not received her refund although it has reflected that it is out of our account. Hence the customer called in swearing bad mouthing our business. I therefore logged a call in with FNB and they casually said she should call them. In the mean time our business is getting a bad reputation due to this whole mess.

I received a call from someone claiming he was from Nedbank. He had all my banking details and told me that he want to convert my points. I realized that after that the was a purchase from my credit account. I immediately called Nedbank to stop transections. 0278000574753732 I have send several paid up letter to MBD without joy, on Thursday 10 August 2017 they requested i should send the proof of payment, how csn you have the paid up letter from Mac Robert if they did not verify receiving the payment.
