Called by bank. Quoted by fnb for a credit card.03/07/17. No quote sent.told to send docs. Send docs 3 days later. Still no quote. Called next week, where is the quote. Gets sent, please send docs. Resend docs. Sigh quote send through. No response. Call again, it in processing. OK. No feedback. Go to the bank, oh we still need to call you. What? You called on the 3rd. Oh but we only just got the docs. We must call. Wait for call, go through the story again. Please send docs 3rd time ever....

Good day Please let me know what happen with my case : 3420996 – Reported on 08.07.2017. I was told to come in after I phoned Prudence as she cannot give me ifo over the phone. I took work off on Friday : 14.07.2017, and she went on tea time or lunch and sone-one else assist me, and told me that thre was no outcome as yet but she is going to phone me and I am still waiting. Can ABSA explain this ? I have a garage card. Every month the total amount charged on the garage card is taken from my current account to settle the bill. The money disappears from my current account and only shows up on my garage card between 2-4 days later. Who gets to play with my money during that time ? I settled my credit card in March 2016 with FNB which was handed over to legal. Since it was paid off my ITC credit profile was never updated. Every time I phone they say it has been done, but when doing my credit check it is still reflecting as outstanding. This has a bad impact on my credit scoring.
