Good Day I'm so unhappy I closed my account in 2017 already paid the account in full, went to the store in town to get proof that the account is closed the lady phoned the head office and got the print out for me. I checked my credit report and it shows that my rage account is still open and I owe a r145; how can I owe money when the account is closed. I have to phone in the whole time to get this account off from my name.

Warning to all Nedbank customers - I attempted to use an ATM at the Mall Of Africa - The machine "Grabbed" my card and when I reported it to Nedbank, I was informed that R6250 had been removed from my account.
