I have recieved bad sevrice from miway. I have registered a claim of car theft and the vihicle was recovered. It was taken to their auction at sandton. i was asked to deregister the car and did as adviced. They send a corrier company to fetch deregistration papers, car keys and service book. Then I went to Sunnyside campus to activate as it took time for Unisa to activate. I ordered & paid for textbooks on 12/01/2017. I am still awaiting delivery of the textbook. I have emailed numerous times, the calls do not get answered, the mailbox is full so you cannot leave a message. My son is now sitting in class without the book he requires for GRADE 12 MATHS. This is not a joke people, as we all know how stressfull matric is. Please respond, which is the courteous thing to do at the least. Very poor to say the least!!
