i phoned Mastercare to ask to come and fix my microwave on the 12th of June, job 46996-8,I have phoned numerous times and e-mailed and my installment has increased, I was promised on Friday that they would come today, now speaking about coming tomorrow. I contacted Kindle to get help and was asked to make a $5 good faith payment. My question was answered (reasonably well) but it appears that I had to pay R370 for this "privilege".
