Pathetic and poor service!!! I have had to send my fairly new refrigerator for repairs and the same internal gas lick persist. Defy technician came and diagnosis after the same problem continued to happen. When you call Defy Durban for assistance, you are being taken from pillar to post whilst my stuff which must be refrigerated are getting rotten.
