SInce Wednesday Eskom is not helping I have no electricity and worse part is that my neighbours have electricy.first time I called on Wednesday I was given reference 196340912 and yesterday I was given 196498008. I report to call centre and they will just say they have escalated the message to the technician but nothing. I would call back again they will just say query has been escalated. No one is helping if eskom can't help us where are suppose to get help.
