A headphone was purchased a few days before Christmas and did not work on my son's PC. We returned the headphone to the shop on the 28th December and they refuse to take the headphones back as they box has a tear. We ask them to exchange for a cheaper headset and take the R400.00 for the broken box and they refused. dIsmail came to fix my fridge in March 2016. He grossly overcharged me, but assured me his work was guaranteed for a year. When the fridge broke down again in December, he over 3 days kept promising to come but didn't turn up and ignored all my calls and messages. In the December heat the food in the fridge spoilt. Eventually I got another technician to fix Ismail's mess. He showed me what a shoddy job Ismail had done. No wonder the fridge broke down again!
