We have had no telephone service for the last month. Telkom has this sneaky way now of not answering the phone when you phone in a fault. They have this voice talking to you saying;.....Your fault is being attended to with the same reference number for the last month. We have just spent money on their adsl system and found when we came back from holiday in January that our service is not working. We have been to the local Telkom shop at least 6 times reporting our problem, but still nothing...

Three months out of warranty my little used 46" LED TV developed a line down the screen. A technician came past my home and told me it would cost R4.500 to repair the panel as it was out of warranty. My past 2 years with Foto First has been an uphill battle.Between 31 Aug and 2 Sept I went there 3 times and every time they got something wrong. I received a new out of the box Samsung S4 Mini from Autopage on the 30.04.2014. When trying to update my Software devise was not working. Went to Autopage on the Bluff and gentleman told me to phone the office from whom I received the phone. Autopage collect the phone on the 06.05.2014 and to date they are still not able to tell me the status on the phone. Very poor service.
