Recently experienced problem with my Samsung phone. I consulted Vodacom technical department at Canal Walk. They investigated the problem and quoted R2496 to repair. Today I bought a new cell phone and asked MTN to transfer my number -apparently my sim card was not suitable for the new phone I was asked a few inane questions by a consultant and told that I had failed the test and that they would not transfer my number.
