Purchased a FITBIT from Cape Union Mart The Glen February 2016. It went dead end of November 2016. It was booked in 18th January as there office closed for the Christmas Period. SInce Wednesday Eskom is not helping I have no electricity and worse part is that my neighbours have electricy.first time I called on Wednesday I was given reference 196340912 and yesterday I was given 196498008.
