On the 06th of December I had my DSTV repaired as my extra view was not working - Crystal Clear Installations was called out - the person who came out was Chris........ it cost me an arm and a leg which I could not afford as they convinced me to replace my dish as they felt it needed upgrading - total cost R 30000.00 - the extra view is still not working - after several calls for 2 weeks ( now going in for the 3rd)each time they would promise to come out and thus far NOTHING!!!! shocking and...

Multichoice owes me money and they have been giving me the run around, there staff is uneducated and unprofesional,everytime i call in they have a different story there supervisors does not even call you back when you request them to call you back.I am really not happy about the service i am receiving from multichoice i will never use there services again

We went to Germiston Lake to enjoy the day for new years and Mr Loo's mobile toilets were very filthy,it was just very disgusting! Going to a place where you spend the day having to use such dirty and smelly toilets,is unacceptable.

I had paid my premium early but they still debited my account and caused me to run into extra fees from my bank. when i called and asked that one amount be refunded they agreed to and subsequently did so. On the 03/01/2017 When I was entering cinema 11 for a 2h30 movie the staff member checked my ticket then asked me to search my bag before entering the cinema and then I asked her why the is no legal document that notify us of such act and she replied that it was an order from the manager and that she has to check the bag for any food item. Which Is repulsive it's the first time I've been searched before entering a movie. The service is bad really bad ☹️

I have changed the debit order details on my account in September 2016. Since then my service has been suspended every month as Multichoice insists on debitting the wrong account. I have called in numerous times to fix this. All the consultants i have spoken to has assured me that it has been changed on the system. Once again i wake up to find my service suspended. Onairtv got my account details from you as costumer, of DSTV for over 25years. They made me an over to upgrade my Decoders and viewing experience within 24 hours of signing up to their new deal, it has been 21 days since the delivery of the news Decoders, I am still waiting for an Installer, after numerous calls and complains leveled at ONAIRTV and DSTV with no luck, both companies services sucks. Their new Decoders will end up in the trash very soon.

I bought my decoder Thursday 15 December 2016, and I followed all the instruction...I phoned call centre and I was told it's activated...to this day only chanell 100 us playing..I wasted my airtime even today I called and my airtime is finish couldn't hold further. If I can I will return it back to GAME stores and be refunded..

So today I decide to reconnect my DSTV for the holiday and in only 6 hours and 3 movies DSTV has just switched its self off and then rebooted each time I loose 10 to 15 minutes of the movie so I have to choose another movie to watch. I am totally disappointed

After being promised delivery and receiving an sms that my new explora was being dispatched, It took me more than a week to telephonically reach On Air only to be told that there is no stock and I would receive my new decoder mid Jan 2017. Firstly why sell these specials and make consumers a promise that you can not keep? secondly, Why send out sms notification that stock has been dispatched when it is all a LIE???
