Today is the 3rd day that my service is suspended due to according to the accounts Dept a payment that I made on 10 February 2017 for the amount of R800.00 and now all of a sudden on 24 May 2017 the amount of R800.00 was reversed (nobody can give me a reason) and I have now twice requested proof of the reversal and proof that the money is paid back into my account. I have a Telkom mobile (8ta) contract and all of a sudden, since about four months ago, I have cell phone access MAYBE 50% of the day, 70% of my calls drop and practically NO internet access, all at the same locations as before.
