My PVR Decoder which is a xtra view linked to the Explora just stopped working. As it is insured I took it to the DSTV Customer Service Centre in Randburg and was replaced with the same. I got home the same problem persisted and we called an Installer who after calling the customer service line, spending R100 of airtime and almost 3 hours of fiddling concluded that the replacement instrument was not adequate. I have been on this payment plan of DSTV for the past 2 years. My monthly installment was R849 a month from May 2015 up to May 2017. According to my calculation R850 x 24months adds up to R20400.
