We cancelled our DSTV with Multichoice and give more than a month's notice in June 2017 and again in July 2017 as requested by Multichoice. So the signal was cut on 26 July 2017, but still the debit order went of end of July 2017. And mid August Multichoice ask for another payment. After several phone calls and a lot of e-mails the matter is still not resolved. Each time you call you spoke to a different person and everyone say they will make a note but still we are getting nowhere....

I have applied for the exploration on price lock which was approved. My service was activated on 11 august, but till date I have not received it. I have phone dstv almost 8 times this last 11 days. No explora. They are unprofessional and steel money from clients, by deducting money without providing.the goods. Dstv you should feel ashamed.

On 13 August I complained about DSTV service (2-2327082). I received an apology from them, but on Saterday 19 August, before I could even call them, the notified me that my service is disconnected because my account has not been paid, although they assured me that I have an credit of R1400 on my account. I am out of heart and out of plans. The only solution seams to me that I must cancel my contract, as Multichoice does not value their customers!!!

For 8 years I endured headaches with DSTV involving our holiday home. I had to visit the call centre every second month to resolve billing issues.
