DEBIT ORDER DID NOT GO THROUGH BECAUSE OF MY MISTAKE. THEN I MADE EFT ON 5 MARCH. THE DISCONNECTED US. THEN WE PHONED AND EMAILED PROOF OF PAYMENT. I TOLD LADY I PUT 43398774 AND NOT 88308673 AS REF. SHE SAID THEY WILL GET R365 FROM THAT ACCOUNT AND CONNECT US. THEY CONNECTED US. THEY DISCONNECTED US ANOTHER 4 TIMES NOW. WE EMAILED PROOF NOW 3 OTHER TIMES. THEY DISCONNECTED US YESTERDAY AGAIN. I bought decoder from OK in Mafikeng on the 5th January 2017.Part of the package include installation. Redibone agency was the one installing the decoder. It was installed three weeks later.Since installation the reception is bad; view is completely blurred. Some channels are not available at all even though paid for.
