I went into the telkom store in Clearwater 3 times to try and cancel my wi-fi that has not been used for over one and a half years as we have move out our home due to me losing my job and can no longer keep up with the payment . I went to Checkers and the Village Mall in Brits to collect money from the money market. I didn't have my green coded Id book with me as it is in my wife's hand bag in Pretoria at her place of employment. Payments had been made on our electricity bill. We've been to their offices and sort the payment. Wich one of the employees put our electricity back on. To days later they disconnect our electricity. Every time they charge us a R440 for reconnection. The reason for that is because they said they do not allocate our payment on our statement.
