Was left embarrassed and ashamed after being rudely dealt with by the employees of picknpay and the manager also took part in yearling and mistreating us in full view of other customers instead of addressing the matter she didn't hear of anything we said but defended her employee without listen to our side..she further more said she can't deal or help us as we have raised her highblood .she then rudely walked away without any solution or conclusion of the problem. Im in a City to Citybus from Johannesburg to Mthatha, Im appalled at the state of the bus. It ricks of whatever impurity it has, cockroaches are on the cat walk. Tickets stated that the bus would depart at 17:00 and now he time is 18:31. Its obvious that the company has ZERO consideration for its passangers. Good day I am very frustrated and disappointed by my dealings with the staff of Moruleng Mall Fair Price. This is said to be a furniture shop that allows laybyes for a perion of 12 months!But even if you pay them cash do not expect a different approach! I had bought Iron on the 29/04/2017 at Shoprite Evaton Mall, the Iron is getting nice hot accordinly but when you start ironing is getting low. on 12 Sep 2017, I purchased two gifts to be delivered to the same address. Firstly, they charge delivery for each item, this is just daylight robbery. As per invoice, delivery set for 18Sept. They then deliver the one on 15 Sep, without informing me... and just forget about the other gift. Wizards Hairdresser - East Rand Mall Within 3 months my 10 year old daughter's was charged from R175 to R420.Crazy ---. The only difference was a twist with the straighter iron. When I asked why the difference , they said that to make curls it takes longer. It only took 20min LESS an hour for the curls. It took less time for the curls. It was a total ripped off. R420 !!!! and the curls only last one day. No treatment was used, no colour, only blow out very roughly just to get the hair...

I had a contract with MTM for 3G modem, the contract expired in 2015. Since February 2017 I have been trying to cancel the contract. I have emailed,phoned and even went into a MTM store to try cancel it but to no avail. I have stopped the debit order at the bank. The problem is I receive a invoice for ever month and the account is building up. My fear i get black listed. Desperate please help

On the 12 August 2017, I chose to upgrade my contract. The consultant Johan.JanseVanNieuwenhuizen did the upgrade everything had gone through, I was advised that it would take 5 to 7 working days for delivery. After the 7th day I called back no1 could give me answers to what was happening I sent an email to the customer care email who instructed Johan to assist me but he himself does not know. I just called now the 12 September 2017, 1 month later and still no1 knows what is happening......
