I am on a Translux bus from Elim to Johannesburg.We have been stuck just after Polokwane circle from 09h50 and since then we are stil waiting for help that is on the way but its not getting here. This is totaly unacceptable its been 2 hours already. Your service is very poor and you do not care about your Passengers. City to City is unreliable. I want to submit a complaint for Vanderbijlpark Animal Clinic. I have been struggling to sort out our account at this place since December 2016. The lady at the reception made a mixup with the payments and I have been assured by end December that all is sorted. That is clearly not the case. I have been informed that my misshap is one of many. I would advise you not to go there at all, it is clear to me that the people working in front are not capable of their work.

I HIRED THE CAR IN APRIL 2017 AT AVIS. I HIRED THE CAR FOR 4 DAYS. AFTER 4 days I returned the car to their rental office in the cape town airport.
