Their products are over-priced and they're selling franchises to make up for their own losses. Their franchise agreements do not comply with the Consumer Protection Act. Make sure that a prospective franchisor gives you a disclosure that complies with the CPA.

I received a confirmation email from Dance Directory that a one month written notice was needed to cancel my service arrangement with them. I then did exactly that on 16 November 2012. To date, no response/s from them. After sending more emails to them, no reply. I cannot contact them. The land line just rings and cell never available. I gave my over locker for repair and service, and it was returned without a thread pole. Management says they don't have any thread poles, so my question is how did they test the machine without one? On Saturday the 25th June 2011 at 11H30 I went into Nedbank Windermere to change a R100 note for R5 coins, the Teller and the Floor Mananger refused to let me have the change due to the fact that I was unable to provide a valid bank aaccount number.
