there is no system in place at the sars in Pinetown, I had to wait for just over an hour just to enquire and still didn't get help. time is money and no one has time to stand and do nothing. they should have a working system that caters for all, I'm dissappointed and so annoyed. thank you

Good day I applied for both my sons unabridged birth certificates on 15/03/2017. I received one 2 months later. I tried calling to escalate the 2nd childs application (3 month waiting period was over on 15/06/2017. I lodged a request with the GEPF pension fund to get figure on a clients retirement fund. This was done the 19th of May it is now the 30 May and no response after I was told seven working days. I think I am not the only person battling with this as there is people working there and doing nothing but each month they receive their salaries from our taxpayers funds that is being deducted from us.

The ladies gave very bad service, denied me serviettes and refused to give me their managers, her contact numbers and said I should come back myself when she is around the lay a complaint. Sassa Maponya is just an example of how the government fails the low income group. You wait for hours and then 2 consultants go on lunch at the same time leaving one person to attend to 30 people. We have our elderly sitting, hungry and waiting. Why cant they circulate their staff? Just because people are applying for grants doesn't mean they have to wait and be treated in this manner.
