In 2014 I got in touch with Shutter Blinds Studio (Jason - In Hillcrest. We accepted at quote for American Shutter Blinds to the value of R48000. As per the agreement 50% of the deposite had to be made in order for them to order the blinds. We do not occupy this property and use this as a holiday home as we work outside of Durban.
