We contacted a person with the name April to check out our borehole. He made an appointment to come to our house yesterday, 6 November 2017. He did not let me know he is so-called stuck in traffic. Tried to phone him on various occasions. Eventually got hold of him, April said he will be at our house 7h00 on 7 Nov. 2017. He did not pitch. Poor bad unreliable service, do not use him!!

I bought a bed at OK Furniture in March and in May the bed started having this funny sound.
