I cancelled x1 twin room on 12/03/2018 due to death in the family, a death certiface was forwarded as requested, on the 18/03/2018 i received an email from the hotel saying once the refund has been actioned they will forwad me a proof of payment. I have not received refund as promissed. The hotel is not answering the phone and they are not responding to my emails. The worst choice i ever made by far. The minute u enter the room you hit by a sting of stuffiness , then u realise all the refurbishments its need of paint on walls are chipping,then u notice the toilet needs some refurbishments where the tiles and the bath its self need filling.
