Good day I had a very bad customer service at the newly opened Sunsquare Cape Town City Bowl. This was about my 8th stay at the hotel, which in the past was always pleasant. I booked two rooms opposite each other. On Saturday 26/08/2017 after 9pm my husband and I went tp our room. The guests in our room was noisy,kids screaming, not crying, mothers voice even louder, bathroom door banging and their television set was extremely loud. galaxy grill brits mall is whack!! we came here to hang and have lunch and drinks, bbebefore we could sit, we asked if we could smoke humbly there and they said only if we sit in and ordered something, we agreed as that was our intention to have lunch nd drinks. we even asked for a foil nd they gave us, suddenly the manager... the very same guy who allowed us to smoke and even gave us a foil came to us in a very rude and unacceptable tone ordered us to switch off our hubbly... right after...

My husband and myself had a 2 night stay at the hotel. I was a Nedbank Achiever for my performance in 2016. The communication was poor. With check-in the Thursday our dinner vouchers was incorrect. We received SPA vouchers and there was no booking. They didn't give us an option of what to choose, we were booked for massages. Do not buy clothes at Portobello Road, Kenilworth. The staff or owner (whom ever she is) is bloody rude. Either because of the colour of our skin or because we're Muslim she treated us like dirt. She wasn't warm at all and kept following us around the store pretending as if she's packing stock. To top it off as I walk out the store she calls me and asks me if I bought my sunglasses from them!
