On the 15th of January 2017 I lodged a claim with finrite insurance. Sent all the necessary documentation as per their request, received a sms that the claim was successful claim no GMCM32304. Since I have called their office several times regarding the claim. I have even spoken to their supervisor Leilanie, emailed her with no response as well as Diaana the manager at 0105973734 on several attempts to find out what the delay is. Good day We are dealing with Absa as hour house and insurance are with them. I contacted absa on the 21/09/2016 the lady gave me the claim number 3132050, So they send contracters to seal the leak and replace the ceilings. I was boarded in 10/3/2015 and received compensation in 4/2/2016, keep in mind this after my back operation already in 27/6/2013 that was payed out only in the same time.
