I was involved in a car accident a month ago, I have been making follow ups calls with Budget insurance and Renew-it. My budget insurance policy include cover for car hire for up to 30 days. My husband have a policy at Metropolitan from 1996 to date(14 August 2018), we want to surrender this policy. Our financial advisor requested paperwork from Metropolitan to surrender this policy. It took them 2 weeks just to find the policy on their system Then it took them almost a week just to e-mail the surrender paperwork to our advisor.
