On the 31st of August another driver drove into my brand new Toyota Etios Cross 2017 model causing minor damages including my side mirror, beading and door on the left front passanger side. i had to call back 3 times. just to change the cancellation date of the policy. first thing they do when they here you want to cxd is put you on hold. i was holding for 20 min. i had to call back and then the call was answered but there was no consultant on the other end of the line. i called back a third time and is already 12 minutes on the call but not assisted.

My car was involved in an accident and I lodged a claim and I was told to take my car to my nearest Panel beater in Umtata. The car was left unfinished,they never touched the tailgate and the lights. I put in a claim for hospital stay for 2 days from 17 to 19 July 2017. The Unlimited is stalling and I am struggling to get payout on my claim. The are quick to take your premiums, but don;t expect any returns on your policy. A very dishonest company. Trying to get them on the phone or via e-mail proves fruitless.

I had a vehicle accident a year ago which was not my fault a speeding bmw hit us from behind.My daughters leg was broken and I had a displaced retina from bumping my head...they took forever to pay out and eventually when they did they kept back R5000 for towing ..now no where did they send me any reminders stickers or such that I could use in case of emergency They are Liars and if you take out an insurance with them you will regret it Just trawl the internet and see how BAD they really are!

I have a Funeral Policy with Edgars Financial Services, underwritten by Hollard.Taken out 10 years ago. Send in Tab 1 for repairs, they received the device 18 August 2017, we paid the excess fee on the 25 August 2017. Every time we phone them at 0861005675 they say tomorrow or the the day after. When I phoned them on 12 Sept they send a sms after my call stating they received my excess amount and will start the repairs. But we paid the excess in august already, they only send the sms on the 12th. Terrible service.
