I have submited my fone for repairs around April 2016 as i took in its beacuse when i got it back frm repairs it was not 100% ok so i sent it back. I got the run around fr them to take it. When they fanaly did theysaid it will take about 3month because thy wnt to do investigations!till today which its been a year!every time i call their contact center iam put on hold for an hour then my call gets cut!i even wen to the store at Maponya to call same thing wer put on hold for long call get cut!...

I logged a claim with Absa insurance on 27 March 2017 received a claim number 3238303 for a leaking water. Plumbers came to my home to dedect where the leaking water pipe was. The water pipe was located in my kitchen under the floor. I was told to pay the excess of R 500 which I did to the plumbers, the plumbers then digged a hole in the floor.
