Good day On the 16th May 2017.My motjer lost her hisense u907(something).She called to mtn blacklisted the phone and they could only blacklist on side and they said another slot and ime number they could not blacklist as it was not in use .That slot was faulty had not been in use when the phone was lost. On 15th April 2017 my debit order did not go through. I then called the next day to find out how do I make payment. I was told I will receive an SMS on how I should make payment. I then received an SMS on the 20th April 2017. I made payment on the 20th at pick n pay. I was also told I have until the 24th to make payment.
