Insurance Complaints

About four months back I submitted a claim at PMD insurance, they asked me to sign and send a lot of documents which I did and later on they send me an email to inform me that they won't be fixing my car, since they don't consider what happened to me as an accident which I really failed to understand, when you try to contact them they take forever to help, it's really upsetting and unfair. Please help me I just want this people to fix my car. I have been paying them very well.
