I am a loyal client with iwyze. Burglary happened in my house in august 2014. iwyze sent their agents to assess the damage after a week and missing items.when I called to enquire they took me from pillar to post and promised to attend to my complaint. I went to the extent of repairing the damage on my own expense fearing my safety.The only new thing I noticed is that my premiums had increased since August 2014 even though I had not been reimbursed.

My vehicle has been sitting at a panelbeater for 4 full weeks with NO work having been carried out on repairs: reason given: awaiting spares.
