I had a Sanlam policy for about 6 years.I called into their call centre sometime in 2013 to change my debit order date just to find out that my policy lapsed.I called them and had a few contacts from their people.I have paid on my policy about R11000 and they wana tell me that all that money I paid in going down the drain now because of their neglegence.Their people wanted to make some sort of arrangement with me but I don't want any arrangements..-i want my hard earned and hard sweat money...

I took this insurance after i was advised mu consultant at GM Motors.My accident was on 15 January 2014, claim was authorized March 26 after 3 months, repairs started on 19 May after 2 months and today 5 June after 5 months their panel beater says they have unforeseen damages and need to order another part, insurance my authorize AGAIN and they don't know how long this will take!!! The car was towed to Industria to be inspected, from there taken to Wilro Park to be inspected after they couldn’t find the problem at the Industria yard.
