Hi Sfiso Nyawo here.I have been trying to contact the company to cancel my insurance since I have joined another company for my car insurance. They keep dropping my call every time I call when I talk about cancellation of my policy. I am now nowing how they will treat me should the claim arise from.

I put in a claim for hospital stay for 2 days from 17 to 19 July 2017. The Unlimited is stalling and I am struggling to get payout on my claim. The are quick to take your premiums, but don;t expect any returns on your policy. A very dishonest company. Trying to get them on the phone or via e-mail proves fruitless.

Send in Tab 1 for repairs, they received the device 18 August 2017, we paid the excess fee on the 25 August 2017. Every time we phone them at 0861005675 they say tomorrow or the the day after. When I phoned them on 12 Sept they send a sms after my call stating they received my excess amount and will start the repairs. But we paid the excess in august already, they only send the sms on the 12th. Terrible service.

Hi I am disappointed and extremely dissatisfied with Iwyze. I have claimed (Which also took forever) and they advised that my case will be referred to Recoveries to recover my money. I took TOP UP Cover from ABSA iDirect since 2011, I had an accident on 20/07/17 with a 2015 Golf 7 GTI & the Insurance paid the Retail Value which is understandable but they deducted 5% for high mileage of 109 000km, the TOP UP cover is also refusing to settle the shortfall and are also using high mileage as their excuse.
