Ons geyser het 2 dae terug gebars. My man het gister 11 oproepe gemaak om uit te vind wanneer hulle iemand stuur maar niemand het opgedaag nie. Vanoggend 9.30 daag hulle op om te kom kyk net om te se dat hulle dit eers more kan vervang. So, ons moet vir 3 dae sonder warm water sit. Ons gaan ons bonus verloor wat Augustus sou uitbetaal en ons moet 'n R1000 inbetaal ook. My car got damaged last month, I put in the claim with no problems and my car was approved for repairs on the 2nd of April. The car was towed to Industria to be inspected, from there taken to Wilro Park to be inspected after they couldn’t find the problem at the Industria yard. From there TC Panel Beaters was appointed as repairer. Good day, I really need help beacuse i have been asking for CIB to replace my ipad. They just send me emails saying i will get a payment and also wanting my account details but nothing is happening. They deduct money from me all the time for premiums but i dod not get any feedback on the issue. I've received the worst ever service from Outsurance,my car was involved in an accident with one of their clients, who bumped my car from the rear leading me push the car infront of me. I made a claim with ref no ckp 1036869/2 that claim took more than a months to be processed and their consultant lied that my vehicle was with the repaires while my vehicle was dumped at SMD.after two weeks i called the consaltant an ask her why she lied,she reply by saying "they were not suppose to inssure my vehicle at the first plays it was a favour and I pay my monthly premiums.king price has bad service I won't recommend it for my friends and relatives
