I RESIGNED FROM MY PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT LAST YEAR NOVEMBER, I COMPLETED MY CLAIM FORM , EVERYTIME I CALL , I GET DIFFERENT STORIES FROM THEIR AGENTS , THEY ALL TELL ME THAT MY CASE HAS BEEN ESCALATED BUT ITS ALL LIES , I CALLED ON THE 13,14 AND 22 JANUARY , SPOKE TO BONISWA , ALVIN AND SIWE , TILL TODAY I HAVENT RECEIVED MY MONEY .

I'm with outsurance for more then 10 years it looks to me they are only interest in selling policies and forget about there clients needs Iregistered a claim with them on 29/11/13 claim no:105005629 my roof was damaged by a hail storm 2 days later we had to repair the roof our self because it was raining in.On day 5 they contact me to come and look at the damage I told them there service was so poor the repairs was done myself,the next morning a lady phone me to apologize on there behalf

i was involved in a car accident on 2013-12-15 my car is damaged and i phoned miway but the call centre was closed for 15 and 16. on 17 i phoned even today and my call has been put on hold waiting for a next available consultant. i have already spent almost R200 on airtime i have requested for a call back but they still not responding even now. im really stressed and i feel so helpless.

After I submitted 3 unsuccessful claims with SAHL insurance I asked the call centre to send an assessor to my property to do an audit on what is covered and what is not, the call centre lady simply told me that they do not do that. I think I can ask for that for the amount of money paid to them on a monthly basis for my insurance.
