Insurance Complaints

I have been n loyal customer to Clientele since February 2015, an incident occurred in Augusthe 2014 and was summonsed with legal documents last week and Clientele said they are not willing to help me. I am a loyal customer that payshe every month but they are not loyal to their customers when they need help.
