I had a breakdown in February and called Genric on the same day. They organised for the towing of the vehicle to the repairer. Quotations were made and submitted to Genric, then they said I reported late. I submitted evidence that I reported on the same day but they are not authorizing the repair of the vehicle. Hollard Insurance (Retirement Department)is the most pathetic service i have ever received in my life. They are busy debiting or hold the RA of clients without communicating with the clients that they are no longer selling or promoting the product and what will happen to the client they have RA with them. Why does ABSA bank force clients to pay for insurance for the year in advance. the insurance amount is simply add to your bond and then the monthly installment is increased to make up for the insurance amount in the mean time you pay interest on that money. when inquiring from them not to add it to the bond I was told that they can not do it that way. this is ridiculous and stealing from their clients
