I joined Discovery in May 2016. I had 3 vehicles with them and therefore registered 2 cards. When my daughter changed her insurance I suddenly got no rewards paid out to discover that they linked the wrong cards to the wrong vehicle. I then asked them for another card as my son is driving my second vehicle on occasion and I would like 1 card in each vehicle. When they broke into my car and stole the card, I once again got nil rewards. Upon query I was told only the stolen card was registered....

Good day I have had a funeral policy with Hollard since 2000. I have paid monthly for 17 years. Paid over R17 000 to Hollard over the years. Due to bank miscommunications my Debit order for end of April and May did not run. There was a R20 short on double debit order for end of May. I have logged a claim September 2016 I am still waiting for it to be settled. In the meantime they have debited my bank account for the same stolen item and now I hear the premiums is right it is legal because I didn't stop the payment.
