MOST USELESS ORGANISATION IN THE WORLD!!!! It took 8 months plus to port my vodacom nr onto my telkom account. We got offered the optic fibre solution for internet etc. The internet is not working for 5 days and we are still waiting for a telkom employee to asist us. My wife took the rooter in and was told it is faulty. We`ve been told it could take 21 days ! SHOCKING !! Then we got told to get a telkom sim card and BUY a dongle, BUT the telkom service for the sim card is offline. WTF !!!!...

Used to be with this company for some time and switched to another ISP due to bad service and non existent line speeds. I got a letter from Sonic Telecoms Accounts Department regarding the outstanding amount (1 month) to which I immediately replied with the reasons as to why I am NOT going to pay that installment, I however NEVER received any form of reply in any way. This has always been the case whether it had to do with service delivery or any other query so I am really not surprised......

I have a contract with Ismart Cellular and for the past 3 months now I have not received my data. They promise to assist and call you back which they don't and I have spent so much trying to sort out my problem. The service you get from them is disgusting, they make sure to take your money every month, so in other words I am paying for a service I don't get. I left Mweb where I had ADSL that was constantly failing. Telkom have installed fibre in a road adjacent to me and promised me Fibre connection. They now act dumb every time I phone or contact them about connection. I was given ADSL for the interim until the fibre came online but Telkom have reneged at every turn. Good day. I am currently with Clearwire Solutions for internet, but the service they provide is HORRIBLE. The promise you a good speed but then you get less then half the speed you pay for. I am on the 6MB package and I get 2MB if I am lucky. when you call the office they say Wayne (owner) is on a call or in a meeting, but that is always the case with him. He makes promises to come out and fix the issues but never shows up. I know of a few people who use him and is having the same issues....

My husband has a recurring 50Gig data plan which I use in our router to work as I work from home. In the 8 months that we have this contract I could never use more than 30gigs.
