My name is Ntshembo Machebe This issue started November,where my monthly allocation were not loaded on my phone,I called and complain all they did was to log a call saying somebody is gonna call me back.Nobody called me they ended up sending an sms that my case has been closed.The reason why I still don't know.I let it pass and come December where a certain subscription was deducting R10 on my account every day,I called and they said they will investigate,still the same.story nobody bothered...

I called the customer service on Wednesday the 11th January asking for assistance as my data bundles had depleted,the 5gb of data was loaded on de 1st of Jan,she informed me I was left with 700mb and she will log a query for me as this was unusual, I called in again yo do a follow up,the agent told me the ws no data left and their back office investigated and found no error, each time I would be told their system has a problem and my call would be hung up,I requested for a detailed statement...

MANAGER A FLAGSHIP STORE IN DURBAN. HAD A PROBLEM WITH ADSL LINE. CALLED TELKOM AND LOGGED A COMPLAINT ON 20/12/2016 AND GOT ALL THE RELEVANT CLAIM NUMBERS AND WHATHAVE YOU. CALLED THEM EVERYDAY THEREAFTER AND TO DATE NOBODY AT TELKOM CAN GIVE ME FEEDBACK OR RECTIFY THIS FAULT. CALL CENTERS ARE A WASTE OF TIME. We had a big storm on the 23th of Desember. Telkom line/ cable had snapped and a pole fell down. Call was logged. I spoke to them several times and promises was made to assist and fixed the line by 03/01/2017. Why is Mweb email down? I use payAsYouGo and my monthly account has been D/O on 30th December 2016 and NOW message of MWEB email service suspended!! I am running a business and loose money as long as they are not online WHILE I have to pay the bills. WTF - How can I verify this comment when emails are down at Kempton Park!!?? My telephone line and DSL line has not been working from the 19 December 2016. I have made several calls (5 times) to telkom requesting them to resolve this. THEY HAVE ESCALATED IT THREE TIMES!!!! AS THEY SAY - IN 10 DAYS AND DID'NT THINK IT WAS NECESSARY TO SEND SOMEONE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!

I've received absolutely no feedback or estimation on the time to restore lost Internet and Voice services on the request logged 3 weeks ago (89CWK051216) and as a result am incurring high data and voice call costs from MTN. What is taking so long? Why is there no feedback on progress, or the latest status? In my view Telkom is just as pathetic as Metrorail in terms of customer service.

I received an sms Sunday 18 December alerting me to the fact that my account has reached it’s maximum spend of R784.00 and will be disconnected. My MTN service was therefore disconnected.
