Applied for a ADS L Line at January 2017 but to date nothing has happen. Spend about R500,00 on Cellphone Calls to date but been just send from one side to other side. Each time they got others stories. They got no PORTS and must or first then there are no ADS L cable in our area and to put ADS L Line in place.We already got 3 Reference Number but they as good as the paper they written on. When you follow-up they just give you another number

I have a Telkom ADSL line for 3 years. My internet is working but for 6 weeks my Wifi does not connect. Telkom walk-in centre suggested I renew my contract and get a new modem as they said these things don't last more than 2 years. After doing this it has been a further 3 weeks of NO Wifi. When I subscribed to Telkom's Integrated System, the data sim was linked to my ADSL account. ie I have 40 gig data per month at home and the sim was linked to that account. So when I am away from home, I use the data sime using my allowed 40 gig. Now Telkom took that service away and I must pay an extra R99.00 per month to be able to get the service I had before. In other words, what I had was taken away and replaced with an inferior service.

On Friday 31/03/17 I had a problem and tried to get in touch via the telephone. The only selection (of the 5)that answers calls is the billing dept. while all the others, just connect you to a non stop deafening music! Vox Telecom manage the accounts of IBurst Internet Suppliers. On the 24 February, unknown to me, IBurst discontinued providing the service I had with them.
