Morning I deeply regret sending this email but after the service I received at Vodacom Fourways Mall on Saturday I have no other choice but too. Vox Telecom manage the accounts of IBurst Internet Suppliers. On the 24 February, unknown to me, IBurst discontinued providing the service I had with them. However, on 1 March Vox Teleoom still took my monthly premium which was paid by stop order, from my bank account. On 1 March I realized that my internet speed was extremely slow at home and when I tested it reflected 2.96 mgps whereas I pay for 10 mgps .I logged a fault with Telkom on the same day and a Technician was sent to supposedly sort out on Thursday , 2 March . Telkom have not given us service since October last year. Prior to that we had a months service. Before that we were down for 6-7 months. What irritates us is that we are expected to pay for line rental without having telephone or adsl service. Neotel's accounts department is by FAR the most USELESS in the world. Debit order is not going off my account, follow up with accounts department, one digit missing on banking details, e-mail all necessary documentation, add them as a BENEFICIARY via banking app, only to discover their bank account details ARE WRONG, then they hand you over to NUDEBT for slow payment.. what a bunch of retards !!!!!!!!

Mobile Talk contacted me and gave the impression that they are phoning on behalf of Telkom in November 2016 and promised to update my current router and a more affordable GIG data. After cancellation 6 months ago Neotel continue deducting debit orders from my account I have tried to get Neotel to stop deducting debit orders from my account since August 2016. I send them monthly emails with the cancelation reference numbers complaining. I just don't get any positive response! Neotel have put trough debit orders of over R6000.00 since August 2016 and I can't get then to STOP!!!
