Vodacom deduct an amount from my bank every month but the cellphone number does not belong to me. They deduct about R150 per month from August 2016 incorrectly from my account, I battle to cancel the incorrect cellphone number from my account an to be refunded the amount to me. On the 11th of Feb 2017 I went to Vodacom in Mall of the South where I do have a contract. I have had no internet service for the past 4 days. My children needs the internet for school and university I pay alot of money every month for a service I am not receiving. Every second week I have to call with a problem, because my internet is not working. I am also paying for 4 mgs speed data and not even receiving 2 mgs. Telkom have not given us service since October last year. Prior to that we had a months service. Before that we were down for 6-7 months. What irritates us is that we are expected to pay for line rental without having telephone or adsl service. Neotel's accounts department is by FAR the most USELESS in the world. Mobile Talk contacted me and gave the impression that they are phoning on behalf of Telkom in November 2016 and promised to update my current router and a more affordable GIG data. After cancellation 6 months ago Neotel continue deducting debit orders from my account I have tried to get Neotel to stop deducting debit orders from my account since August 2016. I, live in modjadjiskloof in Limpopo. For the last 3 months our Internet and cell reception is non existing. I phoned their technical support line so many times and do not receive any assistance from them. I even went to a mtn branch to complain, but even they were unable to assist me.
