For years I have a Telkom SA contract 20 GB, There is no way I can ever use up this amount, I am not even on the computer every day. All of a sudden this month I am told I have no more left. Totally out of the question, after all these years all of a sudden I must buy more what are they smoking. I need answers how is this possible.

Telkom have not given us service since October last year. Prior to that we had a months service. Before that we were down for 6-7 months. What irritates us is that we are expected to pay for line rental without having telephone or adsl service. Neotel's accounts department is by FAR the most USELESS in the world. I, live in modjadjiskloof in Limpopo. For the last 3 months our Internet and cell reception is non existing. I phoned their technical support line so many times and do not receive any assistance from them. I even went to a mtn branch to complain, but even they were unable to assist me. I've received absolutely no feedback or estimation on the time to restore lost Internet and Voice services on the request logged 3 weeks ago (89CWK051216) and as a result am incurring high data and voice call costs from MTN.
