A lady called me from the numbers 0215030276 and inform me that a missed a payment on my group scheme.I have been paying old mutual for more than 15 years via debit order and there was never a time in my life that i did not have money in my account even if it was just for my premiums.i just want to know is this again one of you scams to lapse my policy so u dont have to pay out should someone die.i a super angry.

I have a very serious problem about the TransAfrica consultant who visits pensioners into their houses and force them to sign up for their Funeral Policies and they will deduct their money from their pensions.They did that to my Father and we called them the following day and they said if you want to cancell you must do it in writting we also send them an e-mail and even after that they still deducted the money from his pension.

We have emailed a claims form through on the 24th june 2016 to the email provided by hollard.Despite the numerous calls made to hollard ,they claim to not have received the email ,when it clearly shows that it has gone through.
