I was diagnosed with cancer in October 2016. I received treatment from thereon after bilateral mastectomy. All together 4 chemo's and again 4 chemo's with herceptin. I cannot complain about discovery’s service as there is no service Once again I complain about Bankmed/ discovery health. Since bonitas took over from liberty we have had nothing but problems with Chronic Medication delivery from Pharmacy Direct, they say they will call back never do, fail to deliver, we never had a problem with Clicks but being forced to use Pharmacy Direct and the disgusting service they provide just about sums up South Africa at present

Brother had fall and lost memory, could not ask Discovery for auth as he did not even know where he was.
