My father received an emergency single chamber pacemaker on 23 OCTOBER 2015 at Wilgers hospital. It seems from documentation I have that the claim was approved by 1 JUNE 2016 but up-to-date it has not been paid. I now have submitted my claim for a 3rd time as claims just aren't paid. I have also included my Chronic Treatment Plan with the claim as 6 months ago I had the same issues. They just can’t get a claim paid out correctly the first time. I have asked advice on what I should do different to get the claims paid out correctly the first time but also no response on this. (Shame, they probably also don't have a solution to this, what a shame I have to belong to such a medical aid)
