It is with great disgust and disappointment that I write this complaint. I recently bought a 'brand new' Kia Rio 2017 model at Kia Motors Oakdene. First, they don't have a drop off service. So when you arrive there with your car that has a broken clutch they plan on taking you to work with your own broken car. In July I activated a service from Tracker to get better information on my vehicle. It soon (within a week or two)became annoying receiving emails and SMSs and emails every time I started and stopped / drove my vehicle.
