Rented a car from Europcar as my car was in for repairs. I had to pay a deposit which should be refunded 15 working days after I have returned the car. In 2015 March, I bought a second hand 2014 KIA RIO sedan, silver in colour from Kia Hatfield believing that its a good brand. My car went in for a service on 10 April 2017 at mercedes benz Menlyn Branch in Pretoria. They informed me that they did not have a certain part for my car but will contact me when they receive the part and will put it in. Up today no response from then after I told the customer service, spoke to the manager of service. I have never received such bad customer service and still riding with my car and a part that has not been replaced.
