I got involved in a car accident with an Uber driver, I was clearly the uber drivers fault- we proceeded to report the accident at the police station and the Uber driver acknowledged to be on the wrong. all was fine and he agreed to pay for damages- however when the time to pay came he disappeared- I contacted Uber Services and they are still to give me feedback on this. I made an online booking through rentalcars.com and paid in advance for two days. I only used the car for one day, collection the morning and returned same day. I could not get the additional day's paid travel back as a refund. Rentalcars.com is very fast to take your money but apparently cannot do any refunds for any reason. There are no exceptions.
