For 4 days I tried to rent a movie from the DSTV Box office. It does not work. The agents reply was from telling me it is my problem to admitting their UPAY system is not working. Nothing is solved.What a waste of time to complain. Monopoly breeds the incompetence.

I have rented "home" on box office on 25 Jul and my credit card was debited twice with R30. I called the call centre on 27 July 2015 and spoke to Deborah. At first she said what I experienced was impossible and eventually confirmed that there was an system error on the day I rented the movie. She also said that a refund has been processed and will show in my credit card statement in a few day, however to my surprise I still haven't received the refund.
