ON 17 SEPTEMBER A COMPLAINT WAS LODGED WITH WATER DEPARTMENT REGARDING EXCESSIVE WATER ACCOUNT RECEIVED. AN INSPECTOR (TONY) CAME TO THE PROPERTY AND INSPECTED THE WATER METER AND CONCURRED THE METER WAS FAULTY. THE COCK STOP IS TURNED OFF AND THERE IS NO WATER TO THE PREMISES. DETECT-A-LEAK WAS AT THE PROPERTY SOME 4 MONTHS AGO AND FOUND NO LEAKS WHATSOEVER. Durban Metro Electricity accepted a fault complaint provided a reference number and never pitched up on query informed fault fixed which never was and closed complaint. This was highlighted as a serious safety concern and even provided through the Durban metro on line site and two emails to a email address provided and its two weeks later with adverse weather conditions strong winds making this situation now extremely dangerous . On 03 August 2017 I lodged a complain concerning the payment that was made to wrong account and according to the consultant that attended the matter stated that the payment will be transferred to the correct account within 3 weeks but until today that issue hasn't been attended, was given this reference no: 500745974.
