For this entire day I have been trying to purchase prepaid electricity I have a husband who is dependent on machines to live and such machines require electricity. My banking institution informed me that the supplier has been offline all day. I have tried contacting the supplier but have been hanging online for 90 mins already. This despite the fact that I am supposedly first inline for the next available representative. Such representative must have died. RIP. What am I to do in this case....

On 03 August 2017 I lodged a complain concerning the payment that was made to wrong account and according to the consultant that attended the matter stated that the payment will be transferred to the correct account within 3 weeks but until today that issue hasn't been attended, was given this reference no: 500745974. Going to the offices and calling the call centre has not been helpful as no one has the answers because I submitted all the proof of payments that was required.

The lisence departments in Bedfordview, Alberton and Wadeville must be the worst service ever. We have been having problems with our electrical pre-paid meter since Aplril 2017. Every time when you load an electricity voucher we get an error message.
