On 31/10/2016 I gave notice, on 13/11/2016, I once again confirmed that I will be out by end Dec 2016. I vacated the premises on 30/12/2016. On 17/2/2017, half of my key deposit paid out. Ever since we moved into IhS property management's apartments in Ravenswood Candlewood Crescent we have encountered one problem after the next with our account and our electricity account and have not been able to get hold of their head office to resolve our issues. SEEFF IN UMHLANGA WERE THE LETTING AGENTS FOR MY FLAT. THE TENANTS PAID LATE EVERY MONTH AND STOPPED PAYMENT OF THE RENT FOR 6 MONTHS BEFORE THE END OF THE CONTRACT.SEEFF LET THE MATTER GO TO FAR AND NEVER WENT TO THE TENANTS FOR PAYMENT. WHEN THE TENANT EVENTUALLY MOVED OUT SEEFF S AGENT DID NOT EVEN INSPECT THE FLAT SEEFF APPOINTED A LAWYER WHO DID NOT TAKE THE CASE SERIOUSLY.

I ordered the Mondo Kettle and paid R652.91 cash. I received the kettle on 2017-01-26 I noticed that the kettle is damaged, unfortunately the courier had already left when I noticed the damage. I used Harcvourts Infinity as rental agents for a property in Freeway Park Boksburg. The tenants they rented to were their parents(Harcourts Heloman) which straight away was a conflict of interest.
