Owner harassed us and grabbed a friend by choking him after questioning the tab, we were not the only once that had issues with the bill and asked the manager to please look at it before we pay what was due, the owner threatened us by saying if we do not pay he will kill us whilst doing that grabbed two of my friends where the waiters and manager had to stop him, once he realised that my friend was a lawyer he immidiatly backed off and apologised for his behaviour, I am sorry to say the least...

Never go to eat ribs at STEERS ULTRA CITY UMTATA I ORDERED RIBS AND CHIPS AND SAT IN TO HAVE MY FOOD. 15MIN LATER WAITRESS COMES WITH FOOD AND AS I ATE I COULD LITERALLY SMELL BLOOOD!!! Valentines dinner at Zanibar Restaurant at Westwood Mall Dbn was by far our worst restaurant experience. Firstly we waited almost an hour for our starter to arrive. We booked a table for 4. We were at spur with my family in Riverside mall spur Nelspruit and the service we received from Sfiso was exceptional, extremely outstanding. He made us feel appreciated & honoured to be there- he even thanks us for ordering thanks us for everything we ask for _he really gave us a wonderful service we never received in any restaurant before.
