I BOUGHT A BAG FOR A 2 YEAR OLD ON THE 4TH OF APRIL 2017 ON THE 13 WHEN I WASHED IT IT WAS TORN ON BOTH SIDES AND ON THE 17 APRIL I RETURNED IT BACK BUT THEY REFUSED TO EXCHANGE IT SAYING MY CHILD WAS DRAGGING THE BAG ON THE FLOOR.I MEAN ITS ONLY A MONTH AND WAS BOUGHT ON ACCOUNT WHICH I STILL NEED TO PAY.i THINK I WAS TREATED BADLY SINCE THE LADY I SPOKE TO SAID SHE WASN'T SURE IF IT CAN BE CHANGE.i HAVE BEEN AN ACCOUNT HOLDER FOR THE PAST 20 YEARS AND THIS IS HOW IM TREATED.

I bought a mobile phone in Hi store Somerset mall, Cape town. The phone didn't have network connection, loses signal easily and freezes in the middle of an operation. I took the phone back the following day and the manager refused to exchange the phone as their contract stipulates that shud the product be faulty within the 1st 7days of purchase it shud be considered for exchange.
