After waiting 5 weeks just to take delivery of the vehicle, when I arrived to fetch the vehicle none of the paperwork had been prepared as yet, so my son and I sat and waited for over 2 hours while this was being prepared. I bought a Falcon Hollow AF Saddle from Pitkin Cycles (Great guys) in Cape Town at Uitsig Bike Park, the saddle was returned the next day due to a faulty saddle, your company (Shimano) is absolutely useless as i believe the saddle is still there after 2 weeks, as you know the consumer protection act dictates that you respond within 5 days of my complaint this clearly hasn't happened.
