I have been religiously paying my account even paying more than I shud. But they keep switching my service off saying I owe money. Then keep putting extra charges cause according to them I never paid. Someone actually told me that my money keeps being transferred out of my account to someone else but they refuse to tell me who is transferring the money out and to who's account it is going.

I have been calling DSTV call center spoke to 4 different agents and got no help, dstv call center are not for free and when we call them they take their own time and even put you on hold forever. I bought decoder from OK in Mafikeng on the 5th January 2017.Part of the package include installation. Redibone agency was the one installing the decoder. It was installed three weeks later.Since installation the reception is bad; view is completely blurred. Some channels are not available at all even though paid for. After being promised delivery and receiving an sms that my new explora was being dispatched, It took me more than a week to telephonically reach On Air only to be told that there is no stock and I would receive my new decoder mid Jan 2017.
