Multichoice allows anyone who calls in, to make changes to your account. Apparently this is part of their terms of condition policy. My DSTV account was paid in advance and I had a credit amount. I am the sole account holder for this account and I have not given anyone else permission to make any changes to my account. On 13 August I complained about DSTV service (2-2327082). I received an apology from them, but on Saterday 19 August, before I could even call them, the notified me that my service is disconnected because my account has not been paid, although they assured me that I have an credit of R1400 on my account. I am out of heart and out of plans. The only solution seams to me that I must cancel my contract, as Multichoice does not value their customers!!!
