On Tuesday 25/07/2017 I took my vehicle for a major service at Barons Culenborg. I was very concern about my vehicle as I know they change and swop car parts. I had a new battery put in my vehicle which was my major concern. I went to fill up my tank at an Engen Service station yesterday, while the guys were filling up, i had to go to the loo, of which i asked the attendant for the key to the bathroom, to my suprise the attendant says to me there are no toilets, bear in mind i know there is a toilet in this service station,the attendant was Francis and Khanyiso, so i decided to leave. this was very rude, and i still do not believe this happened.

Quite simply, Mr Price Mobile has failed to meet the simplest customer right a copy of his or her cellphone contract. I paid Andre Botha to replace my vehicle's clutch. When I got my vehicle back the clutch was in a worse state than before. The clutch has a vibration an a very bad shudder. Vodacom has disconnected my lines a few times each time we call the call center gives us a hard time and tells us a few hours it's been more than 24 hours an we have not been reconnected yet. The agents are very rude and kept putting me on hold we spend more than 4000 a month and we get treated like shit it's not right I want to take this further I'm a customer and we get pushed around like this

I was at this service station on the 9th of August 2017, @ 19:50.I wanted to pour petrol using my garage/ petrol card, the cashier refused to take my card and told the lady who was assisting me (the petrol attend) that he is not using the speed point today. Poor customer service at this store, customers are answered in rude manner when enquiring about their products and services. A Shell Attendant filled my car with wrong Fuel when i clearly stated the fuel type, and my fuel tank cap is boldly written "Diesel Only" that even my 6 year old can read. Like so many others, I too take four buses a day to get to work and back. Have always been so dependant on Metrobus but recently their service has just gone to the dogs.
