Constant bad service at bp thorntree,when I fill the fuel attendant keep saying 'can I also assist checking water,oil and tyre pressure' they know exactly there is no pump with working air pump/tyre pressure, its now two week this air pumps not working,I guess the franchise doesn't care about customers who fill fuel in the location as we are really not getting same service as town bp filling stations,my name is Sam 0843154536

usually when you get to service station they normally say first come first serve when I approached the guy by the name of Donald he gave me I don't care attitude when I say to him please help me first he said to me who are you these no special treatment her of which the car that came after me was serviced first so the guys should be taught manners and to maintain gooe customer service.

double debited my account when filling fuel. contacted the offices. sent through the relevant information , they have ignored me from the 11 January 2017 to date. They are currently making profit using our double debited money. the admin lady as well as the owner have COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OR POSSIBLY DONOT HAVE THE EXEPRIENCE IN REFUNDING A DOUBLE DEBIT CAUSED BY THERE MACHINES WITHOUT PAPER.

Owner throwing my father out of the garage, when he still in his garding clothes (dirty)he was trying to pay for his cold drink and petrol in the morning today, humiliated him even tryed to push him out infront of other customers shouting at him to take his truck off his garage, not knowing what he did wrong.

My partner and i went to a shell garage bophelong station in Mabopane and i went out to ask for a restroom wheee i was told there is no toilet to my suprise as we were driving out they are marked gents and ladies so tbey actualky let a customer go pressed ,its dissapionting,the guy wuth the dreaflock and the lady that was sitting down gave me such an attitude
