I am grossly dissapointed about the service from both Citroen South Africa and Citroen Centurion. They hav been fixing my car for almost two months now. Late last year my mom received a call from a man named Sipho from Seekers Tracing Services & told her that she is suppose to recive a certain amount of money from the company her late husband used to work for. They then asked for certain documents such as her banking details,marriage certificate & death certificate of her late husband then told her the process would take about three to four weeks. double debited my account when filling fuel. contacted the offices. sent through the relevant information , they have ignored me from the 11 January 2017 to date.
