We ordered a Fixed Line Look Alike (a desk cellphone that does not use copper cables). It arrived with no SIM card - we have now contacted them 23 times in three months. There is no supervisor and nobody is responsible for completing the job. 23 different call centre agents, nobody will take ownership of the problem and get it sorted out. It is an absolute miracle that Telkom stays in business. There is no way of contacting management at all - a sure sign of a sick company.
