Telkom has refused to assist me with any of my queries. I have been trying unsuccessfully to get an installation from them. No response to emails and telephone calls. Call centre numbers are frustrating as nobody picks up. Eventually had to cancel their service and incur a penalty. Even their complaints email comes back undelivered as mailbox is full.
