I booked my phone in at Huawei Melrose Arch Service Centre for a screen repair on 09 September 2017. I was told it will take 2 - 14 days but could be done by Friday 15 September as there is stock of screens. I hereby lay this complaint as a very irked consumer of MTN. The incident I am yet to express my peeve about is occurring for the second time in a space of a month. This is how I chose to decode my complain against MTN. I bought R30.00 MTN airtime and loaded it at 6.43am morning on the 24 September 2017. I paid my Vodacom account in April 2017 at a Vodacom shop while on holiday. poor service from Telkom no phone reported on 13 Sep also 40GB ADSL service very bad with up to 100 dropouts per day - I don't know how or who to report this to. No phone reported again on 16 Sep and fault reference number given.
