Beware of a call from Sama Mibile in order to upgrade your contract. Not only do they upgrade it they also change the whole contract and then the fun starts. I have now tried unsuccessfully to cancel the upgrade for 10 days and yesterday Cindy at Sama Mobile informed me that it is not their job to cancel the upgrade. MTN has sent a request through for cancellation the 14th July she would not even accept the reference number.

Have ADSL for Business. In Jan 2017, Telkom Sales phoned the company and advised should upgrade to Fibre. As there are already 6 other units next to us with Fibre, said YES PLEASE. Now JULY 2017, and NO FIBRE. Excuses that NO INFRA, but explained since Jan that there is. Junction box is in my drive way. Spoken to contractors who have been there installing FIBRE for others.

I receive daily threats to my Vodacom cell number despite the fact I have absolutely no service or agreement with MTN. MTN customer services refuse to pass my complaint to their legal department and cannot trace the so called service for which I receive daily SMS threats. I still receive these threats.
