Hi i did an upgrade last year which i have a copy of the deal sheet which i initially agreed upon in terms of monthly payments.To my surprise after receiving a statement this month i am owing more than what i had anticipated for. My data is reloaded on each 21st day of the month. I get 2gb data on my cellphone and 5gb data on my Wi-Fi. On Saturday 21 January my data was reloaded. Ironically 3 calls to Help line and all calls were dropped during the conversation. Eventually I speak with an agent regarding my problem of no data access despite a contract giving me 10GB of data. Call dropped but do receive an sms. I visit Vodacom shop, cell phone reset and I have access to data. That lasted 1 day. Today 3 dropped calls to Vodacom!! How do you get the problem fixed???
