I have an account with telkom, we were fine till February when I changed my account I called in to tell them the new account number but it was already late so I left the money for the deductions for the 25th ....on the 27th I did a follow up if they did get the money the agency confirm they receive the funds, the days went by and I received a sms stating I'm owing money of which I called in again and again the agency assured me they receive the funds...few weeks before month end of February...

Work, home phones & adsl lines have been out of order for 3 months - Losing business daily - At my wits end – There have been over 15 technicians that have come to my house and no-one can help. The line will work for a day then goes off again. Keep getting sms's to say the lines are restored and then I have to re report them out of order. I had 6 Accounts with Telkom. 5 of them business lines. I terminated the 1st Line on 28 February 2015. I gave them a months notice (notice given on 31st January 2015) and paid the last month on time.....needless to say I am still receiving accounts, notices and letters from lawyers that my account is not paid. The second line I terminated last year 31st January 2017 and gave them a months notice (notice given on 30 December 2016) and paid the last month on time. The same story...accounts...

debit order went off on the 31 March until today my line 0814882526 is still blocked and when I call the call centre they dnt want to help I sent them my statement several times as requested but nothing is happening. I spoke to Thabang Mogotsi who is very rude and he told me he doesn't have a supervisor who he can transfer me to.he even told me that they will run another debit order month end without opening my phone.my contacts 0764502523

The service for the 0815426819 was terminated and a payment was duly made on the 31 March 2017. During subsequent with you Call Center Agents ( who I may also say leaves much to be desired in terms of their customer service skills and are very rude), I was assured that it takes 10 days (not working days) for the line to be opened. I am utterly disappointed with the level of service and the manner in which Vodacom conducts their business. I have reported my fault on the 21st February reference number 570334627 and was told that there is no cables available to repair the fault. To this date 2 months now the line is still not repaired. Telkom was good in crediting the money but does not solve the communication problem. Does it take 2 months to repair a phone line. Its the same excuse that they are aware of the problem but cables take long to order. Can someone help with this problem. Very disappointed.

A fraudulent account was opened using my details. Vodacom confirmed it to be fraudulent for phone number 076 342 9424 as I had reported the matter to ICASA as well and I got an email notifying me that the matter was resolved last year already.This year I get phone calls from Vodacom telling me that I owing on that said fraudulent account. I received the March-2017 account from Vodacom which shows I used out of bundle data and was billed for over R11,500-00. Yesterday (18-Apr-2017) I went to Vodaworld and was shown at customer care that vodacom had sent me many sms's to advise me of it. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY OF THEM! i bought a Cell C prepaid airtime voucher on the 13th of April 2017 and wanted to recharge this morning but according to the system the voucher has already been used by my number on the 15th April 2017- while I know that it has not been.
