MTN and is really taking me for a ride I have been using my number for over 10 years, I loaded a R30 voucher converted R15 into data bundles to my surprise in less than 15 minutes the data bundles and airtime was depleted. Called their customer services none of the 3 consultant I spoke to was able to give me a valid answer. All a want is a valid reason as what happened to my airtime customers do appreciate the truth at times.

Kensington JHB has continual telephone problems- no service faults take forever to be resolved- we have tried to obtain a Telkom satelite phone for the past seven months and are repeatedly told there in no stock anywhere in SA... Submitted my phone on the 15th November 2016 to Highveld mall ( mr B. Makhubela) for repairs. I usually receive my airtime every 1st of the month and then in the morning I convert it to data and it lasts the entire month with out turning off my mobile data! I upgraded during September 2016 at MTN Kuruman. My phone was giving problems and it was send for assessment.They said that I must get a new phone and since they did not have a sony s5 compaq they canceled my contract and I have to upgrade again. I upgraded on 6 January 2017 and part of the package is that I will receive 30 Gigabit of data. Till 2017-01-15, I did not received any free data as promised.

I upgraded during September 2016 at MTN. My phone had some trouble and they suggested to cancel my contract and re-upgrade. I have lost more than 500 minutes and 2 gigabit data.i re-upgrade and part of my package I will receive 30 gigabit for 30 days. Logged a fault on line ref number 394CNZ010816. I waited forb correspondence till today. On Wednesday the 11/01/2017 I gave the call centre a call consultant promised to speak to the manager they will definitely call me back. I am still waiting. I am confused as to the term "service provider" and its association with Vodacom & Telkom. I am stuck between the two companies with one blaming the other and visa versa.
