Telkom has refused to assist me with any of my queries. I have been trying unsuccessfully to get an installation from them. No response to emails and telephone calls. Call centre numbers are frustrating as nobody picks up. Eventually had to cancel their service and incur a penalty. Even their complaints email comes back undelivered as mailbox is full. I booked my phone in at Huawei Melrose Arch Service Centre for a screen repair on 29 November 2017. I was told it will take 2 - 14 days.
