I had an insurance with MTN for the tablet that was stolen in December 2013. They rejected it with a reason that was contraindicating to my statement. It was later then escalated to the supervisor after I have complained about the consultant. Phoned by a Telesales Consultant from Summer Mobile agent on behalf of MTN. She tried me like 4 times and then I responded, she sold a Samsung Note Book 3 + Gear. I was topped up with R1200's worth of airtime on 22 October 2013. When trying to make a call on the 25th I was informed that my airtime is exhausted!! Impossible!!
