I am being overcharged by hundreds of rands monthly even though i can prove that I am not over using my data,but no one can help,not their call centre agents/the personell that sold me the contract.I am extremely frustrated and wish that they were as helpful as they were when selling me their product.I will never recommend them or use them ever again, so be warned!!!

Applied for 3 month free internet promotion.You only pay for the line rental. Received 1st account in excess of R1000. Second account was even more.
