I had a contract with Cell C and gave them written notice a month before the contract expired, that my contract will expire the next month and I do not wish to upgrade. Yet, I get daily sms's threatening me with legal action and demands to provide funds for my debit order. I reported a internet speed problem 14 times now to MTN 173 and data line complaint line..... They always tell you they log the complaint and will get back to you but nothing EVER happen????? I have full signal strenth and 3g, but only get max speed of 400kbps if i am lucky? tested on www.speedtest.net But if i test it with Vodacom i get 1200kbps!!! Applied for 3 month free internet promotion.You only pay for the line rental. Received 1st account in excess of R1000. Second account was even more. Visited a branch to sort the matter on several occasions with no luck. Phoned 10210 and holding for 1 hour and 20 minutes with still no luck.
