On 31 August 2017 we reported to Telkom that our business telephone line is down - ref 296CTK310817. This has been the case for almost 8 weeks. We have been following up on a regular basis via telephone, emails, etc. Just got off the phone and still the same response... "...sorry sir, the cable department is attending to the problem. No EDT available. Please be patient....". Is our situation an isolated incident, or are there more customers experiencing the same lack of good service?
