I did an upgrade in December 2016 and returned the handset to Vodacom because they sent me the wrong one. They cancelled an upgrade but did not cancel the monthly instalment plus insurance which I did not even asked for when I took the contract. I took a contract out. 3 months later and slot of calls to Cell C - I am still not able to make use of what I have been paying for. I have been shunt from pillar to post and then I went to a Cell C store and the person that assisted me gave me a Pay as you go number instead of activating the SIM card I received with my device. In May 2018 i went to my local MTN bracnh in Worcester to change my banking details. After a few days of sending e-meils it was finaly changed.
