I've upgraded 2 August 2017, with the assistance of a contract representative. I received my pro-rata data package 8 August 2017,The 21st August 2017 my pro-rata bundle went missing and were replaced with 10GB. In May 2018 i went to my local MTN bracnh in Worcester to change my banking details. After a few days of sending e-meils it was finaly changed. Or so i thought.Not using that number i did not notice that my contract has stopped working, not before i got n call from MTN on 22 Aug, that my account is behind and that i will be handed ofer to the debt collecters.
