MTN keep on suspending my cellphone account although I pay my account. Then they added a number on my contract that is not even mine and charged extra for it. As I have a business and use my cellphone for the business it is highly unprofessional of MTN to just suspend my services for no apparent reason. I had this cellphone contract for years and all of a sudden for the last few months this happens.

I took out a mtn contract more than five years ago from Nashua Mobile. I cancelled the contract with Nashua Mobile due to bad service. I paid the cancellation fee as requested by Nashua Mobile. I've never had such bad service ever. Pay for so-called Lte and receive backyard service. Drop calls is the standard, data transfer battles to get to 1mbs, usually in the early kbs. To top it all these idiots are overcharging me by R 502 per month. Four emails has gone unanswered, nothing about consultant will contact me within 24 hours.
